What's the difference between the three sets?

The Planning / Study Set is what Town & Country planning needs to approve the house: floor plans, elevations, sections and a site plan. Construction Drawings Only is the builder's set — foundation plan, construction sections and details, electrical, MEP and a material list — for a design that is already approved. The Full Construction Set is both, so you can submit, price and build from one purchase.

Do I need the stamp add-on?

If you are submitting for a permit in Barbados, yes — the submission has to carry a registered architect's stamp for your specific property. If you are still studying options, budgeting, or building somewhere the stamp is not required, you can buy the drawings now and add the stamp later.

What does the license actually allow me to do?

The Single-Build License lets you construct the design once, on one property, and share the set with your contractor, engineer and the permit authority. The Multi-Build / Developer License lets you construct it the number of times stated on your order — for a housing scheme or repeat units. In both cases the drawings stay our copyright and cannot be resold or redistributed as plans.

Sleeping and living wings are pulled apart and linked by a breezeway, so the prevailing east wind runs straight through the plan. Upper bedrooms catch the cleanest air on the site.
