What we are actually trying to do
Our work starts with a question most brochures skip: what will this house feel like in September, with the windows open and rain coming sideways off the Atlantic?
I grew up around Barbadian building — coral stone, jalousies, roofs pitched steep for good reason. That is still the reference. We design homes that are comfortable before anything is switched on: oriented to the trade winds, shaded deep enough that the walls never bake, detailed for salt and storm because both are coming.

What we promise clients is plain. Drawings you can build from. Budgets we will defend line by line through Archiquant. And decisions made on screen, in renders, long before they are poured in concrete.
Architects, project managers, draftsmen, animators and contractors sit in the same office, with more than fifteen years of combined work behind them. Because design and construction share a team, there is one person to call when something needs answering.

How we work
Every design begins on the ground. Where the breeze arrives, where the afternoon sun lands, where water runs after a downpour, what the neighbours can see. Those facts shape the plan long before a material is chosen.
From there the work is practical: buildable drawings, honest budgets through our Archiquant cost tool, renders and animation that let you decide on screen instead of on the property, and pre-designed house plans for clients who want a faster, lower-cost route to building.
Because design and construction sit in the same team, there is one point of accountability from the first property walk to the last inspection.
